Over the past few months during the year of 2018, Mikha’el Media and Ministry has being using resources, contacts, and high level experts to share information about questions many people especially of African descent have regarding the history that is hidden behind the negative stories in the media.
This documentary, being released Black History Month 2019, is designed to enlighten, as well as educate.
Some of the topics that are being addressed are below:
*What Started Slavery
*The Battles Our Ancestors Fought Against Foreign Invaders
and Won
*Slave Rebellions
*The Black Wall Street and the Untold Stories
*Our History Erased *What Africans Are Taught About the Slave Trade
*Why We Fight Each Other
*The Black Origins of the Bible
and more.
This documentary can be used as a teaching tool for all grade levels including college. There will be a multi-city tour where schools can host screenings. The goal is to bring together communities, and organizations to raise awareness.
Businesses can sponsor, and have partnerships with Who Am I?
The money raised will be used to pay for free public showings, record video footage, sound, b-roll, historical re-enactments, rendering, compositing, travel expenses for film crew and hardware/software needed for creating the final output needed for distribution.
