Developing future board leaders, one girl/woman at a time.

The Boardroom Project (BRP), is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to invest in the future of young girls and professional women by exposing and preparing them to become more present and successful in corporate and non-profit boardrooms across the country.

Women are 51% of the population and almost half of the nation’s workforce, yet we are still significantly underrepresented in boardrooms across the country. The Government Accountability Office (GAO), estimates it could take more than four decades of women’s representation on boards in order to approach parity with their male counterparts.
The BRP intends to develop a strong pipeline of young girls and professional women to be the next generation of business, board, and community leaders to sustain themselves and their community.
